Maintenance of Oil fired Central Heating, Boilers, Stoves and Oil Tanks
I have allowed my OFTEC registration to expire but still do the following
- Service - Pressure Jet Appliances eg. boilers, some range cookers.
- Service - Vaporising Appliances eg. range cookers stoves, room heaters.
- Install oil storage tank -requires a building control number.
Fully qualified Electrician - Domestic/Light Industrial electrical work
Electrical - I have allowed my NAPIT registration to lapse for at least a year.
- I can still do electrical updates and repairs
- I haven't renewed the Trustmark either and I don't think it did much for me anyway.
Other Plumbing Qualifications
Installation & maintenance of unvented hot water storage systems. e.g. Megaflo tanks.
Water regulations - able to certificate work.
Energy Efficiency - for your central heating needs.
Also general plumbing repairs undertaken.
